Toate persoanele - inclusiv cele complet vaccinate şi cele care s-au vindecat de pe urma COVID-19 - vor trebui să intre într-o carantină de 24 de ore după intrarea în ţară, sau cel puţin până la aflarea rezultatului testului la coronavirus efectuat pe aeroport, a anunţat Ministerul Sănătăţii.Testarea pe aeroport este obligatorie.În prezent este permisă intrarea în ţară doar a unui număr limitat de turişti vaccinaţi.Orice persoană sosită din ţări pentru care s-a emis o alertă specială de călătorie din cauza incidenţei ridicate a infectărilor trebuie să intre într-o carantină suplimentară de 10 zile, a indicat ministerul.Anterior au existat excepţii pentru persoanele vaccinate sau care trecuseră prin infecţia cu coronavirus.Potrivit Ministerului Sănătăţii, numărul infectărilor a crescut semnificativ în ultima săptămână, vineri fiind raportate 450 de cazuri noi, inclusiv 39 grave.Majoritatea cazurilor noi sunt provocate de varianta Delta, mai contagioasă, depistată iniţial în India.Din cei 9,3 milioane de locuitori din Israel, peste 5,7 milioane au primit o doză de vaccin împotriva COVID-19, dintre care 5,2 milioane au încheiat schema de vaccinare.
